Delivery Charge

Delivery charges are displayed in the order summary at the time of placing the order. If the delivery person brings the product and the customer opens and checks it in front of the delivery person but refuses to accept the product for any reason, the full delivery charge must be paid to return the product.

Return Policy

Once a product is received after payment, it cannot be returned. A return will be accepted only if an incorrect product is delivered or if the correct product has a major defect, and the issue must be reported within 3 hours of receiving the product. Any return request made after this time will not be accepted.

Refund Policy

If a returned product is approved after inspection, only the product price will be refunded; delivery charges are non-refundable. The refund process may take up to one month.

Exchange Policy

An exchange will be allowed only if an incorrect product is delivered or if the correct product has a major defect, and the issue must be reported within 3 hours of receiving the product. If approved and the product is available, the exchange will be processed free of delivery charge.

• Improper our template credit removal may result in DMCA sanctions.

Our templates are available to everyone. By using this license, you agree to:

• No transfer to third parties.
• No commercial re-sale.
• No redistribution of redesigns.
• No free distribution.
• Non-compliance may result in license suspension without refunds.

Price Changes

We can modify prices or discontinue products at any time without notice.

We reserve the right to change or alter these Policies & Terms without notice.
