By placing an order through our website, social media platforms, WhatsApp, phone call, or any other official sales channel, you agree to the following Policies & Terms.

Order Delivery
Customers may place orders through our website, official social media platforms, WhatsApp, direct call, or any other authorized channel of Libasul Haya.
If the ordered item is available in stock,
it will be processed and dispatched for
delivery to the address provided by the customer.
The delivery charge applicable to the order will be the amount displayed on the website at the time the order is placed, and the customer is required to pay that amount accordingly.
Delivery Failure
If the delivery agent arrives at the customer’s address with the parcel and the customer refuses to receive it, the customer will still be fully responsible for paying the delivery charge in full without exception.
If the delivery cannot be completed due to the customer being unreachable or unavailable, the customer will also be fully responsible for paying the delivery charge in full.
If the customer has made an advance payment, the applicable delivery charge (as shown on the website) will be deducted, and the remaining balance will be refunded to the customer’s account accordingly and promptly.
Delivery Inspection
At the time of receiving the parcel, the customer must open the package in front of the delivery agent and carefully check the ordered item(s) for any issues or defects.
Once the parcel has been received from the delivery agent, no return, refund, or exchange will be accepted.
If the customer inspects the parcel in front of the delivery agent and refuses to receive it without any fault on our part, the customer will still be required to pay the delivery charge.
However, if there is any issue in the parcel due to an error on the part of Libasul Haya and the customer refuses to receive it for that reason, no delivery charge will be applicable.
Product Pricing
Libasul Haya reserves the right to change the price of any product at any time without prior notice at its discretion.
The product price displayed at the time of placing the order will be considered final for that order. Any price changes made after the order is confirmed will not affect the placed order.
Customer Data
When placing an order, customers may be required to provide certain personal information, including but not limited to name, phone number, address, and other relevant details.
By submitting such information, the customer acknowledges and agrees that Libasul Haya may use this information in any manner, for any purpose, and wherever necessary.
Product Order
Due to variations in screen settings, lighting conditions, photography techniques, and
editing processes, the actual product may differ slightly from the images displayed online.
In many cases, product images are
recreated or enhanced using AI and editing tools, which may result in differences in color, texture, & overall
appearance.
By placing an order,
customers acknowledge and accept these possible variations. Any return request made solely due to such differences,
after this notice, will require the customer to bear the full delivery charges as per our policy.
We recommend that customers
carefully read the product description and contact us directly for any clarification before placing an order. This
helps ensure a clear understanding of the product and avoids any confusion after delivery.
Please note that fabric details such as GSM are provided as approximate values and may vary slightly, as exact
specifications are not always available from suppliers.
Similarly, clothing sizes may have minor variations, and liquid products such as perfumes or attars may differ
slightly in quantity or bottle size. As a growing business, we may have
certain limitations in accessing complete product information, and we appreciate your understanding in this
regard.
Products may not always be available in stock. If an item is out of stock but can be sourced or produced, we will
contact the customer to request additional time for arranging or preparing the product before delivery.
Our sales process allows customers to check the product upon delivery.
If the product meets expectations, it can be accepted; otherwise, it may be declined.
However, in all cases,
the delivery charge must be paid by the customer. Detailed information regarding delivery charges is provided above.
Policy Update Terms
Libasul Haya reserves the right to update, modify, or change these Policies & Terms at any time without prior notice.
